Returns:
We're sure you'll be very happy with your purchase, however, if it is not the case, we will do everything to ensure that your returns are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
If you wish to return any unwanted items please do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will be required to pay the return postage costs. We strongly advise you to use a method that can be tracked. Please email us with the relevant details, your name, order number, goods you are returning, the reason you are returning them and whether you want a replacement item or refund.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 14 days.
Faulty / Damaged Goods :
If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt on our email address given below.
We will arrange collection of the faulty or damaged goods. Please send a photo of the damage to: bakedidea@gmail.com
Incorrect Goods:
If you have received an incorrect item that you did not order, please email us on: (with your order number)
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return bed linen once they have been removed from their packaging, unless they are faulty.
Order Cancellation:
You can request that we cancel your order before it is shipped. We will do our utmost to cancel the order before it is shipped and process a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, you should follow the above instructions for returning orders. Please inform us in writing via e-mail
We are unable to accept cancellations by phone. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refund:
In order to qualify for our refund policy, all items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you.
